We had an exciting weekend visiting The Custard Factory in Birmingham... its an arts and media centre full of quirky shops,  cafes/bars and creative bods........its also a short walk from the Bull Ring...  with some really interesting retro shops along the way. Lucky for me!  It was actually built 100 years ago by Sir Alfred Bird, the inventor of custard and is now being lovingly restored for the creative. 

The picture above is in the reception of the new phase Zellig... just amazing

Even the office doors have the fabulous Banksy prints on them "Girl with Balloon"

The boys were very nervous crossing the glass bridge ... I must say it did make my heart flutter!
